PlayFlow Fulfillment and Refund Policy
At PlayFlow Cloud, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that our services meet the highest standards. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and fulfillment to provide transparency and clarity for our customers.
Fulfillment Policy
- Service Activation: Once a subscription is purchased, the service is activated immediately.
- Service Customization: Some services may require additional configuration or customization.
- Service Downtime: In the event of unplanned outages exceeding 24 hours, PlayFlow Cloud will provide compensatory credits.
- Service Completion: Fulfillment is considered complete once the customer has access to the purchased tools and services.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- New Subscriptions: Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service is unused.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Refunds for recurring services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process:

- Include purchase details and explanation of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Custom development or consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Usage-based services such as cloud server hours are non-refundable once utilized.
